Your Public Event

If you are a rental client with a special event that is open to the public, we are happy to provide information for our website visitors. You materials must be submitted for review and approval before we post. All images must be in JPG, PNG, or GIF format, 300dpi, no more than 600px wide and 300px high. Graphics with minimal text yield a better appearance.

Additional Requirements:

Alcohol beverages are permitted. Service must be provided through a licensed caterer or bar service (TABC)

All materials using The Ensemble Theatre name must be approved by the Facility Coordinator or Executive Director.
