Ticket and Subscription Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Ticket and Subscription purchases are non-refundable except in the event of an organizational processing error, performance cancellation by The Ensemble Theatre, or actions outside the normal control of the organization. Requests for ticket exchanges are available, however, based upon seating availability and must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. Please note:

• A $3.50 per ticket fee will be assessed for exchanges; and
• Exchanges for dates or seat categories in a higher priced category will be subject to a differential charge.
  
  

Membership Comes with Benefits

• Season Ticket Package holders and Founder’s Circle Members’ ticket exchanges are free; however, same day exchanges have a per ticket fee of $3.50.
• Senior/Student and Triple Play Membership Package holder ticket exchanges after the allowable first two weeks of each show run can be exchanged for a per ticket fee of $3.50.

Ticket Donations

Can’t make a show within the show run? The Ensemble Theatre has relationships with local school communities and can make your ticket(s) available to a deserving student.
