Ticket and Subscription Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Ticket and Subscription purchases are non-refundable except in the event of an organizational processing error, performance cancellation by The Ensemble Theatre, or actions outside the normal control of the organization. Requests for ticket exchanges are available, however, based upon seating availability and must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. Please note:

Can’t make a show within the show run? The Ensemble Theatre has relationships with local school communities and can make your ticket(s) available to a deserving student.
