Giorgee Awards

The Giorgee Awards, affectionately named in honor of our late founder George W. Hawkins, are the The Ensemble Theatre's version of the Tony Awards. This event is held annually as part of the Celebrity Gala Fundraiser and celebration of the theatre's returning subscribers. Ballots are sent to board members, staff, volunteers, season ticket subscribers, and patrons who've seen all the performances so they may vote on a variety of categories. The Giorgee Awards celebration recognizes the category nominees and winners in more than 12 categories including top actors, directors, and designers from the previous season.
