K-5th Grade
A fun-packed combination of African American folklore and American popular culture, Br’er Rabbit is family entertainment that focuses on the golden rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

6th-12th Grade
I, Barbara Jordan celebrates the remarkable life and career of the eminent Texas orator, legislator, and teacher. Tracing Barbara Jordan’s journey from her childhood in Houston’s Fifth Ward neighborhood through her election to the United States Congress, I, Barbara Jordan introduces students to a legendary Texas politician who was a model for the power of perseverance.

PreK-2nd Grade
The timeless fairytale, Jack in The Beanstalk, has now been adapted into a play with music! This new version of Jack and the Beanstalk is about a young boy who wants to be a hip-hop superstar but doesn’t believe in himself enough to take his gift seriously. He also has a hard time listening and obeying his mother and encounters a huge problem that need his undivided attention.

PreK-2nd Grade
Prek-3 through 6-year-olds will enjoy this interactive piece as they go on the noisy journey of a sleepless night for old man Sam as he battles with the noises around him. A fun way to explore tools used in creative dramatics–imagination, body, voice and feelings. An unlikely solution involves adding a cow, and many other animals. What sound might you add that will help Sam have a good nap?
